Natalie and Chris were amazing from the START! We had a roof leak that led to significant water damage and mold in our master bedroom, closet and bathroom.Natalie was super responsive via phone and text the entire process. 1000 STARS!!! I cannot be more appreciative of Natalie and her team! Rewind provided superb service, fast actions, excellent customer care, clear and concise communication every step of the way. Rewind helped to coordinate other vendors needed in the water damage restoration, and when other vendors slacked off, Natalie stepped up and made sure things were made right. Insurance was giving me a really hard time, Natalie went above and beyond to personally call the insurance company's management. I don't think I would've gotten the claim paid without her help. Not only did Natalie handle everything from demo, mitigation, contractors, and insurance, she also took the time to walk me through the process, and explained every step of the way. They were on time or a little early. They were very friendly but also very professional. They did a great job of cleaning up and making it easier for the general contractors to come and start replacing walls, floors and vanities. I would highly recommend this company for any services. Rewind Emergency services are fantastic! I am very happy with the service and job that they did. Natalie was great with her communication and her service. She helped me with my insurance and although it did not go the way I wanted she guided me through the process and for that I am thankful! Chris came in and handled the job efficiently and did a great job. Pricing was fair and reasonable as well.
